S.T.E.P. (Student Training Employment Partnership) offers the following to students in pursuit of their initial registered nurse degree who have made a commitment to nursing or who have been accepted into an ADN/BSN program:
- Flexible work schedule
- Paid positions
- Mentor partnership
- Financial incentives
- Encouragement
The program requirements include:
- minimum of 24 hours of work each pay period
- satisfactory work performance
- regular mentor meetings
- semester/quarterly meetings with program coordinator.
