Title:	Smoke Stoppers Smoking Cessation Program

Description:	Time: 6:00 PM St. Joseph's/Candler's group facilitated smoking cessation program. This intensive class (7 sessions over 3 weeks) features a wide range of proven-effective strategies to help smokers control their smoking urges, manage nicotine withdrawal and stress, and avoid unnecessary weight gain. The dates for the class (all classes must be attended) are 10/5 (Orientation Session), 10/19, 10/20, 10/21, 10/22, 10/26, 10/29, 11/2. The cost for the program is $100. Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. Call for class location.
