Pain Resource Center
Pain Resource Center is a treatment center for people that suffer from acute, chronic, malignant and/or non-malignant pain. Patients may be referred for consultation, evaluation, and treatment. Only patients with a physician referral are accepted. If you have not been evaluated for your pain before, please contact your primary care physician’s office to obtain your referral.
New Patient Requirements:
· A written referral from a physician
· Written report of results of x-rays, MRI’s and CT’s
· Other medical records that may be requested are physician’s notes, bloodwork, etc.
