HealthQuest Mobile Screening
HealthQuest Mobile Screening identifies personal health practices and history that may put patients at risk for chronic diseases. We conduct a variety of health screenings to identify the risks, then provide education in the form of counseling, written materials and classes. HealthQuest is a self-contained unit providing services in a variety of locations at a minimal charge.

Screenings take approximately 15 minutes and are conducted in early morning (a 12-hour fast is required for blood work). Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Comprehensive screenings include:

• detailed health questionnaire
• lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL ("good") cholesterol,
    LDL ("bad") cholesterol, triglycerides)
• fasting blood sugar
• height, weight, body mass index
• waist/hip measurements
• blood pressure.

The Screen Machine Mobile Mammography Unit
We offer private, confidential breast cancer screenings on The Screen Machine, our state-of-the-art mobile screening unit. The Screen Machine is available to private and community groups throughout Savannah and Southeast Georgia. We will file your insurance or Medicare. If you do not have insurance or are underinsured you may be eligible for a free screening. Call (912) 354-9357 for more information.
