St. Joseph's/Candler has affiliation agreements with more than 50 schools and institutions of higher learning in the United States and foreign countries for clinical education and applied learning experiences. Current agreements are with technical schools and colleges and universities (undergraduate and graduate programs). These affiliations cover a variety of educational programs that require students to meet specific learning objectives in the healthcare setting prior to graduation.

Students enrolled in programs that require students to complete an internship or practicum may be placed in appropriate settings throughout the health system depending upon space availability:
