Light The Night Walk

The Light The Night® Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's nationwide evening walk to increase awareness of blood cancers and raise funds for the cure of leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.

Participants carry illuminated balloons to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Each year SJ/C participates in this fundraiser with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to celebrate and remember cancer patients that have been diagnosed with blood cancers and to increase awareness in the community. This event is held each year in October with a walk through historic Savannah from Forsyth Park to City Market. The funds raised during this event are used for research and to provide educational and support programs to cancer patients and their families.
