Home Health Care
We deliver care where you and your loved ones are most comfortable: Home
Many conditions previously requiring extended hospital stays are now being treated at home, where patients tend to be happier and more at ease. Home Health Care provides continuity of care in the transition from hospital to home, including medical treatments.
Our home care agencies are accredited by The Joint Commission and are Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. We are ranked in the "Top 500 Home Care Agencies" in the nation (HomeCare EliteTM 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010) and participate in the Georgia Medical Care Foundation (GMCF) Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) activities. Additionally, we were granted premier status by Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign 2007. To compare home health care agencies, click here. We accept and file private insurance.
