St. Joseph's/Candler's Rehabilitation Center is available at locations across the region. It consists of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our licensed, professionals provide patients with treatment programs using state-of-the-art equipment, which facilitates rapid acquisition of basic skills and expedites independence.
 
Our services encompass a continuum of care, ranging from preventive services and treatments within the hospital to care offered at outpatient centers throughout the region. A patient's individual needs, which could include Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Sub-Acute/Transitional Care (skilled nursing) and Home Health, can be addressed at any time.
