Living Smart Fitness Club- Advanced Zumba Class

The St. Joseph’s/Candler African-American Health Information & Resource Center has a free ongoing Living Smart Fitness Club. This exercise program is to encourage healthy lifestyle changes. The fitness classes are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wenesdays.

Free membership and everyone must complete a participation application.

The African American Health Center advanced Zumba class is a high intensity exercise class that works toward reducing health risks, and keeping excessive pounds off. If you're looking to strengthen your heart and boosts your mood, join us for advanced Zumba.
