- TRICARE (UNLIMITED Urgent Care visits without a referral for Tricare Prime)
- United Healthcare
**Amerigroup and Peachstate are out of network. Pregnancy and family planning plans are out of network as well.
Cost for self-pay patients
We offer an affordable flat rate for all patients without insurance (no hidden fees):
- Injury or Illness Visit: $200 (all inclusive)
