Open daily; Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After Hours Infusions—For specific therapies and patients requiring after hour infusions, determination for provision of services will be based on individual needs.
Services
Infusion services are provided by our specially trained infusion nurses who are qualified in managing all types of infusions, potential side effects and administration reactions. Patients are educated about treatments, how to manage side effects, and how to obtain other needed services and support.

The Center for Infusion Therapy offers expertise in PICC lines, port-a-caths and Hickman catheters and are able to declot lines.
The Referral Process
Therapy orders for infusion services are faxed to (912) 819-7795 by the patient’s physician, along with the patient’s demographic, insurance information, list of medications and allergies. Insurance verification and precertification of specific infusion coverage will be performed by our staff. Once approved, our staff will notify the referring physician and contact the patient to set up the appointment.
