At St. Joseph's/Candler, the mission of the Movement Disorders Program is to provide the highest quality care available in the area, striving to promote a continuous positive quality of life for patients, their families and all caregivers experiencing the effects of a movement disorder. Our integrated team of medical staff, certified balance physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and public health professionals work together to treat and manage movement disorders. 

Our vision is to provide and enhance a compassionate and comprehensive Movement Disorders Program that includes diagnosis and treatment, education and research and community connections.

Both Katy and Barbara have completed the Allied Team Training Program with the National Parkinson Foundation for treatment of Parkinson's disease.
