Movement activities for teenagers
We believe it’s important for teenagers to be active. It’s not only a great building block to a healthy lifestyle, but exercise and other forms of movement can be great stress relievers.
The good news for any youth wanting to get active is that you don’t need a gym or exercise equipment – or even a lot of time – to get moving. Below are some of our favorite teen appropriate exercise videos currently available on YouTube.
Get a personal trainer
If you do want to get a little more serious about your workout routine, personal training is available at the Wellness Center at Candler Hospital. Exercise physiologists are available to work with anyone ages 16 and up.
