Meet Leslie Richardson
Often referred to as the cheerleader for Hilton Head, Leslie Richardson is a longtime philanthropist and real estate marketing and development professional. She is originally from North Carolina, having attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Leslie has called Hilton Head home for more than 31 years. She was by her husband’s side, on the team, as he developed the South Carolina Yacht Club, Windmill Harbour and Westbury Park. The family also operates Coligny Plaza and the South Carolina Yacht Club. Leslie is a current supporter of the Coastal Discovery Museum, Arts Center for Coastal Carolina, Spoleto Festival and Greater Island Council. Leslie is married with three children. We hope you are as inspired by Leslie Richardson as we are and would consider making a donation to the Telfair Mammography Fund in her honor. The goal of the Mary Telfair Women's Hospital and the Mammography Fund is to ensure that all women have access to mammography, even if they have no insurance and cannot afford it. The SmartWomen Luncheon & Expo has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Telfair Mammography Fund to meet this goal since its inception over a decade ago.
