Honor A Care Giver

By honoring a caregiver who went the extra mile to care for you or a loved one through a gift to the St. Joseph’s/Candler Foundations, you are not only providing a thoughtful gift in honor of that caregiver but you also directly impact our ability to care for patients by providing essential resources for a healthier tomorrow. When a donation is made through our Care Champion program, the person who you are honoring will be presented a letter of recognition, Care Champion certificate and lapel pin. Your message of appreciation will also be shared with your honoree’s supervisor and his or her professional colleagues.
