Hatha Yoga: This class will safely introduce you to basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Easy to follow, non-threatening instructions make the class suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether you are seeking a way to handle stress, become more flexible, increase strength, or bring balance into your life, this class is for you.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Pilates: This popular exercise programs strengthens and revitalizes without building bulk. You will perform strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises.
When: Tuesdays, 6 to 7 p.m.
Tai Chi: Learn to improve your health with an exercise derived from the ancient Chinese martial arts. Tai Chi's gentle movements may improve your physical energy, circulation, flexibility, coordination and balance. Tai Chi can also reduce stress and achieve harmony and tranquility between mind and body.
When: Mondays and Fridays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Yoga for Cancer Patients: The very gentle movements and breath work in this class will give you much needed energy; it will make your body feel better and it will give you a mental release.
