The Telfair Mammography Fund provides no-cost breast health services, including screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, MRIs, and more, to uninsured and underinsured women (and men) in our community.

When it comes to women's health, mammograms and additional breast care services are an important part of disease prevention and detection. The Telfair Mammography Fund helps provide underinsured or uninsured women (and sometimes men) with:
In addition to St. Joseph's/Candler's reduced fees, many radiologists, pathologists, and surgeons have agreed to accept lower fees for patients — extending the longevity of the fund's monies and helping fulfill our mission to serve as many women as possible.

Since its inception, the Telfair Mammography Fund has provided thousands of free mammograms and additional breast health services to women who could not otherwise afford them. While the Telfair Mammography Fund alleviates financial barriers to women's health services, our six locations throughout the region increase accessibility by bringing those services closer to home.
