The referral process
Starting your infusion therapy is a simple, straightforward process. Your physician will fax the required therapy orders to 912-819-7795, including your demographic and insurance information, a list of medications and any allergies. Our team will handle the insurance verification and pre-certification, ensuring everything is ready before scheduling your appointment.
Once your therapy is approved, we’ll notify your physician and contact you to confirm your appointment details.
