Circuit Training

5:15 - 6 p.m., Monday & Wednesday

Hatha Yoga

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday & Wednesday

Silver Sneaker Chair Aerobics

Stay active and maintain your strength with our Silver Sneaker Chair Aerobics class, specially designed for those who prefer a low-impact, joint-friendly workout. This fun, chair-based class uses hand weights, small exercise balls and resistance bands to enhance your endurance and build strength — all without any floor work. Perfect for older adults or anyone seeking a gentle yet effective way to stay fit, this class provides a supportive and engaging environment to keep you moving.

Tai Chi

10:30 a.m. to noon, Monday & Wednesday

Low Impact Aerobics

Low to moderate intensity classes to increase cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.

Kickboxing

Heart and Lung Building, Suite 120

5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Kickboxing is a full-contact hybrid martial art and boxing type based on punching and kicking. All fitness levels welcome! Gloves required; wraps optional.

Water Aerobics at St. Joseph’s/Candler

8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday
10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday

10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday
Noon to 12:45 p.m., Monday through Friday
1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday
6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Dive into wellness with our 45-minute Water Aerobics class, designed for all fitness levels.

This low-impact, invigorating workout takes place in our comfortably heated pool, making it the perfect exercise option for joint-friendly activity seekers.

No swimming experience? No problem.

Our expert instructors will guide you through every movement, and a pool lift is available for those who need assistance entering and exiting the pool. Classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday, starting promptly, so be sure to arrive early — the doors lock 10 minutes after class begins. Don't forget to bring your towel and prepare to make a splash on your fitness journey.
